The building, located at 77 11th Street North, houses 100 furnished and tech-enabled apartments available for short or long term rental, like hotels or AirBNBs.
Mint House finds itself in a prime location (across the street from Red Mesa Mercado and behind Copa, for frame of reference) as the neighborhood surrounding it continues to grow. The company behind the concept is a national brand, with 25 locations already opened across the country. This will mark the company’s third Florida location, with two more in Miami.
